5th of December 2015 – UAE, everteam.mea, the leading provider of integrated Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions in the Gulf region, announced today that the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA), which promotes accountability and transparency across the Abu Dhabi Government, has selected its advanced EverSuite Archive RM Solution.
Established in 2008, the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) aims at providing the Abu Dhabi Government and its public entities with objective assurance and advisory services, in addition to assisting them in obtaining international recognition for applying leading practices and standards.
Wanting to design an archive warehouse at its new headquarters, ADAA requested the expertise of a provider that could configure and customize an archiving system to host its overload of electronic and paper-based files.
Taking into account that ADAA had successfully collaborated with everteam.mea by deploying its Correspondence Management Software and Document Management System back in 2014, it renewed its collaboration by choosing Everteam Archiving and Records Management Solution.
This solution will enable ADAA to effectively manage and operate its various physical records; noting that this solution will be integrated with EverSuite Correspondence Tracking and Electronic Document Management Solutions to efficiently locate physical/electronic documents.
As a matter of fact, ADAA’s authorized users will have better storage control and will be able to define the exact duration for a given record to be held at the archive warehouse before it gets destroyed or externally transferred to the National Archive warehouse, thus optimizing storage spaces. Hence, Everteam Electronic Archiving Software will improve ADAA’s retention period which supports the different record statuses from “permanent” that has a never-expiring period, “on freeze” waiting for a later disposal, or “for transfer” which will be transferred to external warehouse; while maintaining its data in the system.
Moreover, Everteam’s Archiving and Records Management System will enable ADAA’s users to have real-time management of all the different types of archiving operations and transactions such as: Transfer, Loan, Recall, and Disposal.
Besides that, our Electronic Archiving Software will enable users to generate different types of reports, while selecting the date range of each report. It will also be integrated with Microsoft Active Directory for secure user authentication, and Microsoft Exchange Server for e-mail notifications.
