Address complex system integration and human workflow scenarios to deploy and integrate the Everteam.ibpms into the workflow of a company or an individual end-user.
Execute key projects, involving the technical aspects of our technology-based products, ensuring that the technical aspects comply with security and regulatory requirements.
Support the sales organization to correctly address customers’ technical needs and analyze appropriate scope management of project requirements.
Analyze business and engineering resources to meet customers’ functional needs and integrate Everteam’s product into existing computer systems and work flow.
Analyze customer requirements to provide coaching and performance demonstrations, and execute custom projects to showcase company solutions.
Provide post-sale analysis and feedback, in collaboration with the Product Management team and business and engineering professionals, to enhance and support the evolution of the company’s business process management solutions.
Establish an effective communication channel with the customer business and IT representatives and collaborate with other post-sales professionals, including product management.
Participate in customer calls to handle technical inquiries and understand technical requirements/needs of customers.
Create Everteam’s 3 year product roadmap that integrates ECM and BPM platforms into an adaptive case management solution.
Drive the definition, implementation, testing and release of the new version of Everteam.ibpms 8.0 based on customer feedback and market analysts’ recommendations.
Educate all U.S. customers about the benefits of the new Everteam.ibpms 8.0 and outline a tailored upgrade plan for each client.
Act as a system architect and project leader between customers and global services to implement automated process solutions.
Perform business process and service-oriented architecture (“SOA”) solutions.
Write software specifications to be used by engineering to create new features needed by customers.
Test and provide feedback for recently implemented changes in the products code base.
Valid driver’s license required. 25% domestic travel to various customer locations required. May telecommute and report as needed to Boston, MA headquarters on a quarterly basis.
