Doha, Qatar – 15th of September 2015 – Cultural Village Foundation (KATARA), the most multidimensional cultural project of Qatar for human interaction through art and cultural exchange, signed a contract with everteam.qatar for the implementation of its advanced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
KATARA is having much inconvenience manually dealing with all types of incoming and outgoing correspondences, in addition to the lack of communication between its numerous departments. Therefore, it required a leading edge Enterprise Content Management solution to assist it in fulfilling its business, strategic and organizational requirements.
By reason of everteam.mea’s staggering experience and reputation in implementing ECM solutions, KATARA selected Everteam’s EverSuite Correspondence, along with other related ECM solutions.
With EverSuite Correspondence, KATARA’s business processing time will be reduced and its employees’ efficiency is expected to greatly increase by allowing authorized users to easily capture, index, automate, track, search, retrieve, publish and archive incoming, outgoing, and internal correspondences.
In addition, registering these correspondences will also be automated, with the automatic reference number specific to each department within KATARA, which will greatly reduce errors and facilitate employees tasks related to handling correspondences. This solution is also expected to provide control, security and management over KATARA’s various types of correspondences. Moreover, it will achieve a paperless environment and generate an instant Return On Investment (ROI) by saving physical storage space and cost.
With the EverSuite Content solution, KATARA will now be able to manage its full document life cycle, from creation to storage and publishing. By providing KATARA’s diverse departments with fast and accurate document access, organization, archiving and retrieval, EverSuite Enterprise Content Management Software will allow KATARA to centralize its storage repository, providing seamless access and control over its information assets all across the organization. Moreover, the solution is expected to reduce risk and errors by ensuring content integrity and traceability, thus preventing information losses, duplication and redundancy.
With the EverSuite connectors purchased, Katara will be able to automatically integrate incoming faxes into the EverSuite Content repository within their native formats; consequently reducing paper usage and cost.
Detailed reports on KATARA’s performance measures will be provided with EverSuite BAM, which will allow it to monitor its employees’ throughput and efficiency.
Finally, an electronic signature will be provided in order to reduce the time and effort needed to manually approve and sign documents.
“Subsequently to Everteam’s worldwide success in the implementation of ECM solutions, we are immensely delighted that KATARA has selected our EverSuite solutions. We are well assured that our solutions will achieve impressive results in enabling KATARA to overcome its organizational hurdles”, says Hussein Abdallah – Country Manager Everteam, Qatar.
