Dubai Healthcare city was established in 2002 with the purpose of providing high-levels of patient healthcare, education, research, and wellness. Today, it holds over 140 medical facilities and 4000 healthcare professionals.
The management of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), which mainly manages most of the Private Hospitals and Medical Institutes, was faced with large volumes of daily correspondences, leading to a dispersed load of official communications and increasing the time needed for employees to perform their tasks. Indeed, DHCC was experiencing slow and difficult information access, search, and collaboration, thus affecting the quality of its medical services. Employees were also having a hard time manually filing the excessive number of correspondences, which made it a daunting and time-consuming task that needed too many steps to be performed, and resulted into frequent errors and imprecise information.

With this solution, DHCC will be able to capture and manage all its communications with private hospitals and medical institutions, thereby providing accurate, fast, and trustworthy responses to inquiries.

It is also important to bear in mind that to ensure medical ethics, access to records will be permitted or denied according to the eligibility given to each employee.
