Paris, June 03, 2020 – Everteam, a leading information governance software company, today announced that its module for storing, searching and archiving evidentiary value of documents has achieved SAP-certified integration with SAP S/4HANA®.
Everteam.discover 2.5 leverages SAP ArchiveLink® to serve as a content server and to manage storage of documents in a simple and transparent manner. The solution enables SAP documents to be made available and shared with non-SAP users.
“Obtaining the SAP certification for SAP S/4HANA demonstrates the integration and interoperability capabilities of our software suite with our customers’ existing ecosystem, allowing them to enhance and manage all their information assets wherever they are.”
Stéphane Croisier, CTO at Everteam
Certified integration with SAP S4/HANA
The Everteam platform also enables enhanced governance by helping to ensure proper legal archiving in compliance with the ISO 14641 standard and by simplifying the identification of personal data in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) privacy regulation.
“Combined with our search engine, everteam.discover 2.5 will allow our customers to have quick and easy access to all SAP and non-SAP documents with a simple search, in optimal storage conditions (ISO 14641 / NF Z42-013)“
Noureddine Lamriri, SVP Product Marketing at Everteam
The ability of Everteam software to interoperate with SAP solutions will prove highly beneficial to Everteam’s current and future customers. This connector provides a simplified approach to accessing and performing full-text searches on all SAP documents while allowing records managers and archivists to govern all their corporate information assets, regardless of origin, through a single unified interface.
