Job Description

  • Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. He will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Set individual sales target with the sales team
  • Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship,
  • Set sales quotas and goals, create sales plans, analyze data, assign sales segments and build their team

Skills and Experience Required

  • BS/MS degree in IT/Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Has enough experience in IT Software Solutions, ECM, big data, Analytics, BI, Web Content Management, Enterprise solutions, Archiving, etc. Ability to focus on the essentials, capacity for abstraction and sound judgment.


  • BS in Computer Science or MS Engineering
  • Master’s Degree is a must
