- Position Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer
- Location: Doha – Qatar
- Division/Department: Technical Support Division
- Plan and follow up with the support team.
- Handle complex tickets due to the technical experience required.
- Design, implement and maintain infrastructure environments.
- Enhance the implementation of JIRA Helpdesk.
Work Experience & Skills Requirements
- Strong Technical Background in:
- SharePoint Administration, configuration, installation.
- SQL server Administration and scripting, Configuration and Installation.
- Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining highly available and redundant environments:
- Production and disaster recovery layers.
- Basic knowledge in F5 and netscaller is needed to understand the application redundancy
- Basic knowledge on how DNS works
- SQL AAG/Clustering
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management Solutions is a great added value (Content Services)
- Experience with ITSM methods and processes along with hands-on on ticketing systems (HPSM, JIRA Helpdesk, etc..)
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
