Job Description

  • Ever Gulf is seeking Technical Support Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization’s computer systems and network, ensuring the operation of systems and when problems arise, effecting quick and permanent solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseas and manages the support team tasks and tickets
  • Handle complex tickets with the team/technical background required
  • Follow the SLA’s and make sure the team doesn’t breach them
  • Handle clients with the needed communication skills in normal and critical cases along with close follow up/updates with the client
  • Enhance the implementation of JIRA Helpdesk/technical support processes once needed
  • Handle and plan for KBs/documentations/client handovers and processes
  • Coordinate and Manage:
    • projects handovers to support
    • infrastructure planning, design, implementation
    • Deliverables, dates, testing/validation, deployment and closure

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science,

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Background:
  • Experience in ITSM methods and processes along with hands-on on ticketing systems (HPSM, JIRA Helpdesk, etc…)
  • Remarkable, referenced or documented experience in managing support teams
  • Technical experience in IT projects and solutions
