UAE’s Family Development Foundation selects EverSuite

14th of December 2015 – UAE, Everteam, the leading provider of integrated Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions in the Gulf region, announced today that the Family Development Foundation (FDF), one of the leading public non-profit organizations in the UAE, has chosen to implement Everteam’s state-of-the-art EverSuite Correspondence and Content Solutions.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Family Development Foundation (FDF) has been striving to achieve justice and equality between men and women by providing women with the opportunity to participate in the labor market. FDF also aims at controlling poverty and offering elderly individuals the necessary care in order to integrate them in a stable social life.

Family Development Foundation (FDF) has long been handling an excessive number of documents and correspondences. Therefore, it realized the importance of seeking for qualified suppliers to implement and operate at its FDF Headquarters an Enterprise Document and Correspondence Management Solution. This solution had to satisfy its technical requirements in terms of document capturing and management, business process management, in addition to workflow and correspondence management. Indeed, FDF wanted to apply advanced technology to improve its business processes, control its security, and reduce its operational costs.

In order to automate the work across its internal departments and across connected branches and schools, FDF emphasized on selecting a supplier capable of implementing a ready packaged solution integrated with SharePoint. On one hand, EverSuite Content will be able to manage FDF’s voluminous documents by enabling it to build a flexible tree structure to represent its document repository. Accordingly, FDF will be able to better organize its unstructured information, reduce its storage space and costs, as well as to enable its employees to seamlessly access and retrieve documents.

On the other hand, EverSuite Correspondence will be expected to manage FDF’s various types of correspondences, including letters, faxes and emails, by automatically scanning, indexing, circulating, and approving them to be finally stored in the common centralized content repository. Employees will be requested to automatically scan incoming correspondences, and send outgoing replies immediately through fax integration. It is also expected to support the generation of advanced reports to track completed and delayed tasks, enabling FDF to detect deficiencies in its business processes, optimize its work performance and reduce its response time.
