The Department intends to match with the world most advanced judicial systems optimizing its judicial and justice services across the Emirate, improving the Judiciary performance as a whole and enhancing cooperation with all stakeholders.
ADSC had to handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondences, which needed to be organized and stored. For that reason, ADSC required an enterprise correspondence solution to cover the entire correspondence lifecycle, from mass scanning to automatic classification.
Considering innovation and forward-thinking initiatives as part of its daily plans and processes, ADUPC requested a correspondence management solution that can automate its manual process of preparing correspondences and internal memos. Additionally, it wanted to enable its users to track these correspondences and memos, as well as to locate both soft and hard copies.
