Never content to rest on their laurels, and always cognizant of competition and advancing technology in a global marketplace, L’Argus de la Presse has strived to constantly improve research services and production tools for clients. Research need to be delivered faster, and the content needed to be better targeted, transcend international borders, and smarter about variations in language. Along with the results for subscribers, l’Argus de la Presse also sought to implement a more comprehensive content strategy within the organization that would also incorporate a semantic tool and a sophisticated search engine. L’Argus de la Presse reached out to Everteam in 2013.
The Everteam Solution
Solutions consultants, information processing specialists, and architecture specialists worked with l’Argus de la Presse IT staff to implement and deploy EverSuite Enterprise Content Management (ECM) over 18 months. In workshops and one-on-one Everteam helped l’Argus de la Presse identify priorities and determine the best possible solution for the organization. A proof-of-concept was delivered in 2014, and the new system was fully deployed in 2015.

For example, queries resulted in smaller, more targeted volumes of results (half the size of previous results) and their flow-through ratio increased by more than 15 points. Analysts and production teams get better results that they can review faster and more efficiently, thus decision making is timelier and based on better data.
