YOUR MISSION
Within the Customer Success department in charge of guaranteeing the success of projects, as a Consultant on Everteam solutions, you will provide advice and technical and functional responses to customers and integrator partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the construction of solutions based on Everteam software during the project phases: functional and technical analyses, software parameterization and configuration, complementary developments, tests, delivery, deployment assistance, etc.
- Prepare and lead functional and technical training sessions necessary for the smooth running of projects
- Provide support and assistance to the teams on the software in production.
As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Technical and Functional Consultant to strengthen the Customer Success team and to work on the application deployment projects of our customers and partners.
First of all, you follow a training period (e-learning and pairing with a more experienced consultant).
You will then be integrated into our team to participate in the evolution of existing solutions and the creation of new solutions related to the customers’ business.
PROFILE
You are a student in your last year of engineering school or university, with a major in computer science. You are looking for an internship that could lead to a permanent position.
You have skills in the following areas:
- Implementation, configuration and administration of software solutions
- Knowledge of issues related to data management in the company (Machine Learning,
NLP, AI, …) - Writing of technical and functional documentation
- Knowledge of Java and Javascript
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments
- Use of MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL databases
- Good level of written and spoken English allowing you to evolve in an international
